Walker Legacy Necklace
This unique necklace includes a stunning Turquoise center stone that is the star of the show. It is surrounded by colorful beads that I hand wrapped in Sterling Silver, a labor a love. Layering necklaces is fabulous and with this lovely, you have two necklaces in one! Beads include Spinel, Tourmaline, Iolite, Garnet, Turquoise, Peridot and vintage: Sterling Silver, Mother of Pearl, a Chevron Trade Bead, and Shell heishi. The Turquoise center stone is also vintage natural Turquoise, rough purchased by my Grandparent's in the late 60's, cut by my Father. I don't know what mine it is from. It may change color over time. This beauty will live in my heart forever and it a piece of me and my family.
Materials
- 18" chain, with a 2" extention
- 2nd chain hangs just over 16" long
- Turquoise center stone hangs 1.5" below chain
- Turquoise is untreated, old stock, I don't know what mine, rough purchased by my Grandparents, stone cut by my Father
- Chain is made of Sterling Silver hand wraped beads made by me! The beads on the longer strand are mostly Spinel with some vintage Sterling Silver, shell heishi, mother of pearl, Turquoise and one Peridot bead. The second, shorter strand is mostly Tourmaline beads, with Iolite, Garnet and vintage Sterling Silver, Mother of Pearl and a Chevron trade bead.

Turquoise is a stone of wholeness of communication and works with the throat chakra. It is also beneficial to overall well-being and soundness of one's mood and emotions. It is balancing and induces a sense of serenity and peace. Holding or wearing Turquoise can help on restore depleted vitality and lift sagging spirits. This stone has the capacity to heal the emotional body, relieve stress, and bring the focal point of awareness to its proper center into the heart. This is most likely why you will always find me with Turquoise on my body. ;)
