Return Policies
Every piece of jewelry is handcrafted by me and I stand behind my work. It is very important to me that you love your jewelry. Before purchase, in order to eliminate any problems with size, please check the measurements that I provide and contact me directly with any questions or concerns that you may have.
I prefer not to take returns unless something is broken. Please contact me within 2 days of receiving your order if there are any issues so that we can figure out the best way to move forward.
If something is returned, shipping and handling charges will be the responsibility of the buyer. Any items should be packaged with care as the buyer is responsible for any damage that may occur throughout the shipping process. Consider insuring the item as I will not be held responsible for lost or missing packages. If a refund is necessary, I will provide funds once I receive the jewelry in its original condition.
Shipping
Currently, I am only shipping in the US which includes the Armed forces military areas out of country. I greatly apologize for any inconveniences.
Shipping cost is $10.00 and I ship using USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail comes with a tracking number and $100 insurance. Packages normally arrive within 2 to 3 business days once shipped with your regular mail deliveries. I will ship your order within 2 to 3 days of purchase. Once your item ships, I will send you a tracking number associated with your package. If you need expedited shipping, please contact me directly.

If you live in the Monterey, CA area or are planning a visit and would prefer to pick up an item, simply select the pick up option in the shipping section. Contact me directly via phone or email, and we will make a time to connect.
